Для тех, кто не знает английского: мужик не ехал, просто спал в припаркованной машине, ключ в зажигании и фары включены (но работал ли двигатель - не упоминается, вероятно нет). Тут жаловались, что на полгода прав лишили? В в "самой демократичной демократии" за такое мужик 9 лет не то что машины - дома родного не увидит...

PS. Во избежание кривотолков - я _полностью за_ суровые наказания за вождение в пьяном виде. Если они применяются законно.
